Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Front Desk Supervisor to manage and ensure the efficient running of Front Desk operations. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, handle guest enquiries and complaints efficiently, and cater to special requests.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise Front Desk staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high operational standards.
- Cultivate positive relationships with guests and team members through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Monitor billing, cashiering, and cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy and security.
- A minimum of one year's experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office and PMS System is essential.
- Excellent customer interaction skills, fluency in spoken English and Chinese, and the ability to work overnight duty are required.
We provide a competitive salary range of HKD 50,000 - HKD 70,000 per month, depending on experience, plus market-leading benefits, including 17 paid statutory holidays and exceptional benefits.
