Senior Customer Service Officer, Customer Care Team

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Service Officer to join our Customer Care Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner
- Work with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet and exceed customer service targets and key performance indicators
Requirements
- University graduate in business, finance, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in insurance and financial services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
