Senior Customer Service Officer

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Senior Customer Service Officer to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding our products and services
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery
- Identify and escalate complex customer issues to senior management for resolution
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to provide expert advice to customers
Requirements
- 5+ years of customer service experience in a financial services environment
- HKDSE/HKCEE/diploma qualification required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
