Insurance Customer Service Officer

Job Summary
This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to bancassurance customers, providing dedicated after-sales support and generating appointments for sales teams to follow up. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work collaboratively with teammates to resolve customer issues efficiently.Key Responsibilities
- Provide effective outbound call services to customers for problem payment, policy administration movement, and claims pending cases follow-up, ensuring seamless customer experience.
- Generate appointments with customers via outbound servicing calls for sales teams to follow up, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Deal directly with customers to handle regulated activities, including policy conversion, lump sum top-ups, MCH verification, and other after-sales service requests.
- Carry out clerical duties, including handling incoming emails and voice mails, to ensure efficient communication and record-keeping.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports as assigned, providing valuable insights for business development and improvement.
- Support and participate in projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Work collaboratively with teammates to solve customer issues quickly and efficiently, fostering a positive and supportive team environment.
Requirements
- Tertiary education
- Pass of IIQE paper I, III, and V
- Minimum 2-3 years after-sales services experience in insurance/banking industry/outbound call/telemarketing experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Proficient in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Candidates with more experience may be considered for the position of Senior Officer
