About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our team at HKT. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and written inquiries from customers regarding policy application status, product information, claims issues, and other related matters.
  • Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure timely and professional service to customers.
  • Independently handle and resolve problem cases, providing solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Conduct administrative tasks and provide customer service support, including after-sales service, data input, and documentations.
  • Contribute to UAT related to new projects, system enhancements, or production problem fixing.
  • Ensure smooth operations and achieve satisfactory ratings by meeting all control and service requirements.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or associate degree or above in any discipline.
  • Passed IIQE Paper 1 and 3 (Paper 2 will be an advantage).
  • At least 2 years' working experience in customer services or the insurance industry.
  • Fresh graduates with IIQE certificates will also be considered.
