Insurance Customer Service Representative

In this role, you'll deliver exceptional customer service by resolving customer and agent inquiries throughout the sales and customer journey. You'll also contribute to sales growth through effective renewal underwriting and handling new quotations for General Insurance Personal Lines products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer and agent inquiries across various channels, including electronic platforms, inbound and outbound calls, and walk-ins.
- Resolve customer dissatisfaction professionally and build long-term trust with customers and agents during case handling.
- Contribute to sales growth and manage portfolios through effective renewal underwriting and handling new quotations.
- Provide agents with high-quality services to facilitate new sales and participate in developing effective tools for a seamless sales journey.
- Assist in implementing customer retention initiatives to retain renewal business and enhance customer experience.
Requirements:
- Form 6 or above, professional insurance qualification, or having passed IIQE Paper I, II & III, is preferred.
- 1-2 years of working experience, preferably in general insurance.
- Experience in customer services and/or call centre.
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
