As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, feedback, and instructions through various channels. You will also be expected to acquire new business opportunities and deliver high-quality services to maintain our professional image.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Meet service level targets for SME hotline
  • Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints efficiently and effectively
  • Deliver professional customer service and meet quality standards
  • Support marketing campaigns and business referrals
  • Participate in outbound telemarketing and cross-selling initiatives
  • Meet objectives set by management
  • Support on-the-job training and staff development
Requirements:
  • Secondary education with at least 3 years of relevant experience in customer services
  • Insurance and/or investment license preferred
  • Self-motivated, independent, and excellent communication skills
  • Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
