Customer Service Excellence Specialist

As a Customer Service Excellence Specialist at AXA Hong Kong and Macau, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences. With a strong focus on delivering timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer inquiries across multiple channels, including phone, email, and digital media;
- Providing accurate product and policy information to customers;
- Maintaining high-quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines;
- Resolving complex customer complaints and cases escalated from team members;
- Supporting colleagues with immediate assistance when needed;
- Documenting all inquiry information according to standard operating procedures;
- Performing ad hoc tasks as required by your supervisor, demonstrating your ability to work as a team player;
- Assisting your supervisor in identifying and implementing improvement initiatives.
To excel in this role, you will require:
- A university degree and at least 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in both call center and correspondence environments;
- Passed IIQE Paper 1, 3, and 5 (preferable);
- Knowledge of Life and Medical insurance products is an advantage;
- Detailed-oriented, independent, and able to work under pressure;
- Customer-oriented, with passion, patience, and a caring attitude;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua fluency is an advantage;
- Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing;
- Accurate typing speed of up to 40wpm (English) and 30wpm (Chinese).
We offer a competitive salary range of HKD $38,000 - HKD $50,000 per month, commensurate with your qualifications and experience. In addition to a attractive remuneration package, you can expect:
