Customer Service Operations Specialist

This role is key to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Service Operations Specialist, you'll be responsible for processing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests with efficiency and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer requests and provide accurate information about insurance products and services.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Support the development of new staff through training and case sharing.
- Enhance operational efficiency by coordinating with various departments.
- Resolve customer dissatisfaction and provide timely solutions.
Requirements:
- Form 7 or above with LOMA 280 & 290 qualifications.
- Passed IIQE Paper I, III & V.
- 3 years of experience in Customer Service Operations.
- Excellent command of English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work with diverse backgrounds and possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
- Able to work independently under pressure and handle difficult situations professionally.
- Customer-focused and results-driven.
