Customer Service Specialist

As a Customer Service Specialist at AIA International Limited, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide satisfactory customer service and administration services to assigned portfolios, overseeing daily operations and conducting client visits, presentations, and members' briefings.
Responsibilities:- Provide proactive customer service and administer services to assigned portfolios
- Oversee daily operations for assigned portfolios/distribution channels
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and members' briefings
- Review client communication materials, including letters, trust deeds, reports, statements, and presentation materials
- Maintain client retention and service-to-sales targets
- Ensure timely completion of tasks within regulatory and service timelines
- Develop control procedures for risk areas and provide technical expertise to team members
- Identify errors, delays, or problems and implement corrective/preventive measures
- Work as a change agent to introduce changes in policies and procedures
- Support team members in prioritizing tasks and providing clear direction when needed
- Coach and mentor staff for development and performance enhancement
- University graduate preferred with minimum 6 years customer services/operations experience, including 1-2 years in supervisory positions
- Good knowledge of group insurance and investment products
- Self-motivated and customer-oriented
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English
