About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Operations Specialist to provide after-sales support for policy-related administrative processes in the Hong Kong market. This role will be responsible for processing change requests, ensuring timely implementation of impact plans, and participating in team activities.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Process all Life and Accident and Health change requests received as per stipulated requirements.
  • Ensure 100% on-time implementation of impact plans and participate in team activities.
  • Attend and get certified for development plans identified to upgrade authority limit or skill up and personal development.
  • Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor to meet operational and/or other requirements.
  • Process and assess client data in various systems to verify and confirm correct information as per stipulated requirements.
Requirements:
  • A recognized tertiary Bachelor's Degree qualification.
  • Fluent in spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage.
  • Self-motivated and proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Good commitment at work, good attitude, willing to learn.
  • Able to adapt desk-bound working environment, working shifts including weekends on rotation basis, and work overtime beyond normal office hours.
