About this Role:

China Mobile Hong Kong Co. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Executive to join our team.

As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process after-sales service orders and transactions according to pre-set procedures and time-frames.
  • Handle mobile number porting requests (MNP) and abnormal cases.
  • Provide operational support to our Customer Service Centre.
  • Communicate with internal departments to follow up on order processing.
  • Perform checks on customer orders provisioning process, and resolve system failure cases.
  • Verify documents for service subscriptions and after-sales service requests, and correct related information.
  • Handle administrative duties including filing and data input into relevant systems for statistical purposes.

Requirements:

  • Completed Diploma or above.
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably in customer service or telecom industry.
  • Detail-oriented with proven ability to work efficiently and independently.
  • Positive service mindset and willingness to work under pressure.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and Chinese word processing.
  • Familiarity with MS Access is an added advantage.

Working Arrangements:

  • 5 days a week.
  • Shift pattern.
  • 9:00am - 5:45pm or 10:00am - 6:45pm.
