Customer Service Specialist for Insurance Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at AIA International Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer enquiries and complaints regarding all activities in operation process.
Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to underwriting, policy owner service, and claims for different lines of business.
- Report problems, potential crises, and complaints to supervisor for service improvement.
- Makes outbound calls to customers for follow-up cases.
- Executes empowerment guidelines.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to ensure effective resolution of customer complaints.
- A secondary education graduate with 4 years of working experience.
- Candidates with higher academic qualifications or more relevant working experience may be considered for the position.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in insurance, customer service, or hotline service.
- Hands-on experience in customer service is essential.
- Basic knowledge of insurance or Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (MPFA) would be an advantage.
- You must obtain the license of Insurance Authority (IA) (Paper 1, 2, 3, 5) or MPFA (Paper 4).
