The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority is seeking a dedicated individual to join its team in Venue Operations. As a Senior Customer Services Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of performing arts venues and events, delivering exceptional customer service to our patrons.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining the highest standards of customer service, working closely with the Customer Services team to ensure seamless event execution;
  • Responding promptly to emergency situations and resolving complex guest issues with professionalism and tact;
  • Overseeing the logistics of events, including show operations, venue setup, and staff management;
  • Providing administrative support, including roster management, training, and procurement;
  • Handling projects and tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or above, preferably in a relevant field;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in venue operations, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service;
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure;
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese, Putonghua, and English, with a strong service-oriented attitude;
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
