Job Title: Customer Service Senior Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Customer Service Senior Coordinator to join our team at E-job Agency Limited.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating logistics operations, and supporting sales teams in delivering outstanding results.

About the Role:

As a Customer Service Senior Coordinator, you will:

  • Mainly handle e-commerce shipments, receive orders, and respond to general inquiries from customers via phone and email.
  • Coordinate and support air export/import operations, sales sections as per standard operation procedures.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers and overseas agents (mainly group branches in Japan).
  • Enter data and prepare documentation for courier services, air export/import shipments.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you must have:

  • A Form 5 graduate or above.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in air freight forwarding and express.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word processing, and accurate typing skills.
  • Native Cantonese proficiency with written and verbal skills in English and Mandarin.

What We Offer:

We provide a competitive remuneration package, including:

  • An estimated monthly salary of HKD 25,000 - HKD 35,000 based on experience.

  • Annual leave entitlements, starting at 12 days in the first year, increasing to a maximum of 18 days.
