As a Senior Housekeeping Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of housekeeping operations run smoothly. This includes managing housekeeping teams, coordinating maintenance activities, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hotel.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of hospitality professionals who share your passion for delivering outstanding service. You will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating daily housekeeping schedules and assignments
  • Managing housekeeping staff performance and providing feedback
  • Maintaining accurate records of housekeeping activities and reporting any issues or concerns to management
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also have a Certificate in Hospitality Management or related field, and a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
