About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Business Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our leadership support team, you will provide high-level administrative support to our leaders, ensuring seamless business operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business administration, with experience in supporting C-level executives or leaders. You will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing reports and presentations on behalf of our leaders.
You will also assist in managing communications, including screening emails, answering phone calls, and handling inquiries. Additionally, you will coordinate and facilitate internal and external meetings, conferences, and events.
As a Senior Business Operations Coordinator, you will work closely with internal and external parties to ensure smooth business operations. You will handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
Responsibilities- Provide high-level administrative support to multiple leaders, managing their calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the leaders.
- Assist in managing communications, including screening emails, answering phone calls, and handling inquiries.
- Coordinate and facilitate internal and external meetings, conferences, and events.
- Support leaders in business-related tasks, such as data analysis, project coordination, and monitoring key performance indicators.
- Organize travel arrangements (tickets, hotels, and family itineraries), company events, and personal functions.
- Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure smooth business operations.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, with prior experience in an executive assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives or leaders.
- Minimum of 2 years of solid experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to draft professional correspondence and reports.
- Proficient in using productivity tools and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work deliverables.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
- Proactive and resourceful, with a problem-solving mindset.
- High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
