Senior Administrative Coordinator

As an Office Administrative Assistant with the Corporation Service Company, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating internal meetings and events, including the monthly Management Team meetings.
- Scheduling and preparing for quarterly town hall meetings.
- Providing general support to internal and external office visitors.
- Coordinating with IT and Facility to support office events.
- Greeting clients and vendors, and covering the reception desk as needed.
- Ordering and distributing office supplies.
- Managing daily mail, fax distribution, and billing for courier services.
- Performing other ad-hoc assignments related to office administration.
Qualifications include:
- Minimum three years of full-time work experience in office management.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Strong planning and organizing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
