Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to lead company secretarial functions and provide administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with committee and board members' assistants to handle meeting logistics and make travel arrangements.
  • Update minute books and statutory records.
  • Maintain information on SharePoint, Viewpoint database, and Convene.
  • Provide administrative support to senior team members.
  • Handle vendor management processes and invoice settlement.
  • Assist with corporate disclosures and company secretarial projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or commerce.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supporting company secretarial functions.
  • Knowledge of documentation management systems.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Good work attitude and ability to work independently and as a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per annum
