Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to lead company secretarial functions and provide administrative support to our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with committee and board members' assistants to handle meeting logistics and make travel arrangements.
- Update minute books and statutory records.
- Maintain information on SharePoint, Viewpoint database, and Convene.
- Provide administrative support to senior team members.
- Handle vendor management processes and invoice settlement.
- Assist with corporate disclosures and company secretarial projects.
- Bachelor's degree in business or commerce.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supporting company secretarial functions.
- Knowledge of documentation management systems.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Good work attitude and ability to work independently and as a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
