Job Description:As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our Customer Service Centre. You will work closely with the Manager to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, while also driving business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service and support to our customers and distributors
- Assist in supervising the Customer Service counter team to deliver high standards of service
- Oversee day-to-day operations within the Customer Service Centre, including monitoring performance metrics and providing feedback to staff
- Motivate and coach staff to achieve individual, team, and department objectives
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills
- Prepare reports for management and assist in implementing new initiatives
- University graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Customer Service Operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin) language skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently under pressure
- Highly organized self-starter with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
