Job Summary
Welcome to DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited, a leading bank in Asia. We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Professional to join our Consumer Banking Group. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and handling various banking transactions with efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities
Counter Transaction Handling
- Handle cash, cheque, and foreign exchange deposits and withdrawals in an efficient and accurate manner.
- Provide counter services to customers, ensuring their queries and requests are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Process account opening and current/savings related procedures, maintaining documentation, customer records, correspondence, and filing in good order.

Promotion of Bank Products/Services
- Identify potential customers for regulated products and refer them to sales staff when handling counter transactions.
- Cross-sell non-regulated general banking products to customers, increasing revenue and improving customer satisfaction.

Customer Experience Management
- Deliver superior service to customers, adhering to the Bank's required service standards and models.
- Process and follow through customer enquiries, requests, and transactions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Audit and Compliance Control
- Adhere to bank policies, standards, operations guidelines/procedures, security, and internal control measures.
- Comply with compliance and regulatory requirements, code of conduct, licensing, fitness & properness, KYC, IPQ, anti-money laundering, and documentation completeness in account opening and each deal.
- Fulfill requirements under the Enhanced Competency Framework and HKIB Certified Banker preferred.

Requirements
- Degree holder preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of teller experience in banking operations or customer service area in Consumer Banking.
- Good understanding of branch operations, banking products, and services is an advantage.
- Customer-focused and a good team player.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English required.

Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range from HKD 30,000 to HKD 50,000 per month, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonuses.
