Customer Service Professional with MTR Experience

The Mass Transit Railway is seeking a skilled Customer Service Professional to join our team as a Senior Customer Care Representative. This role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong command of written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service through the MTR hotline, including handling enquiries, complaints, and escalated cases.
- Conduct regular reports and handle administrative tasks for the team, ensuring seamless operations.
- Alert management to sensitive issues or cases that require special attention, upholding our commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Prioritize passenger care by conducting hospital visits or phone calls to injured passengers on behalf of the Corporation.
- A minimum of Grade E / Level 2 / 'Attained' or above in 5 subjects, including English and Chinese Languages, in HKCEE / HKDSE.
- No less than 5 years of relevant experience in customer service, preferably within the industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in multiple languages, including English, Chinese, and Putonghua.
- Proficiency in Chinese word processing is essential for efficient task completion.
