Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Maersk. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across various channels, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer service operations for online shopping platforms, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.
- Assist in brand building and sales promotions, contributing to the growth and development of our business.
- Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries on products, promotions, key selling points, order status, and after-sales services.
- Summarize key issues to brand customers weekly, discuss, and execute on enhancement plans to improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer-centric strategies and solutions.
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above, Diploma in e-commerce, marketing, or related disciplines is preferable.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in customer service, with a strong understanding of social media, online communities, and digital content.
- Experience in E-shop operations, such as Shopline, Shopify, Taobao, or Tmall, is a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, with strong communication skills to update and discuss with brand clients on products and service-related issues.
- Good command of verbal and written English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service in multiple languages.
