Customer Experience Associate

We are seeking a Customer Experience Associate to join our team at DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and engage with them on phone calls, emails, social media, and chat.
Job Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to product and service enquiries via various channels
- Drive customer satisfaction by assisting with cross-buy initiatives and meeting individual scorecards for call volume, availability, service level, and customer satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with teammates to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Maintain operational risk control and compliance in accordance with DBS standards and policies
- Post-secondary education or above, preferably a degree holder in any discipline
- Experience in the call centre or banking industry, with knowledge of credit card operations and banking services an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development. The estimated annual salary for this role is around $30,000 - $50,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
