As a key member of our Venue Operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our visitors and ensuring the smooth operation of our performing arts venues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing information and assistance to visitors at our information counter
  • Managing the cloakroom and service bar, including sales transactions
  • Working closely with the Customer Services team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Providing show usher service, operation, and event support
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or above in a relevant field
  • 1-2 years of experience in venue operations, preferably in the performing arts or hospitality sector
  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work on shift, including weekends and public holidays
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
