Customer Service Specialist

At China Mobile Hong Kong Co. Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for resolving customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints via phone or in writing, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with relevant parties to resolve disputes and draw up replies to customers, regulatory bodies, and external parties.
  • Highlight important issues for management review and service improvement.
  • Assist supervisors on customer feedback reports and other ad-hoc projects.
Requirements:
  • HKCEE/DSE/Diploma holder or above.
  • 2-3 years' working experience in customer service fields, preferably with experience in complaint handling.
  • Well-organized with analytical mind, good communication, and strong objection handling skills.
  • Proficiency in written and oral English, Chinese, and Putonghua is a must.
