Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Support Specialist to join our team at E.C Technology Ltd. as a dedicated resource to provide IT support for all VIP users in our Head office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide IT support services to all VIP staff of our customer until issues are resolved.
  • Support all kinds of IT service requests raised by VIP staff of our customer.
  • Provide IT support services at the time requested by VIP staff of our customer, e.g., after office hours and bank holidays.

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma in Computer or related discipline.
  • At least 4 years of working experience in I.T related field and have solid VIP support experience.
  • Knowledge in PC/Mobile/Tablet/iPad support.
  • Knowledge of Windows 7, 10, Apple OSX, Android, and iOS based applications.
