The successful candidate will have the chance to work in a vibrant environment with a diverse culture and background. The primary responsibilities will revolve around providing high-level administrative support, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, conducting research, preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence, as well as assisting with various business responsibilities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to multiple leaders, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Research and Reporting: Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the leaders.
  • Communication Management: Assist in managing communications, including screening emails, answering phone calls, and handling inquiries.
  • Meeting Coordination: Coordinate and facilitate internal and external meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Data Analysis and Project Support: Support leaders in business-related tasks, such as data analysis, project coordination, and monitoring key performance indicators.
  • Travel Arrangements: Organize travel arrangements (tickets, hotels, and family itineraries), company events, and personal functions.
  • Relationship Building: Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure smooth business operations.

 

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, with prior experience in an executive assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives or leaders.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of solid experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role.
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Languages: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in using productivity tools and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management systems.
