Strategic Human Resources Leader

At Worldwide Consulting Group, we are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Strategic Human Resources Leader to join our team. This role will play a key part in shaping the future of our HR function and driving business success.
Job Description- Develop and implement strategic HR plans that align with the company's business objectives, ensuring the effective management of human capital.
- Lead a team of HR professionals in delivering recruitment strategies, talent acquisition, and business partnering initiatives that drive business growth and productivity.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their manpower needs, provide recommendations on resource allocation, and ensure timely and effective delivery of HR services.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on recruitment strategies, resourcing channels, and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Source and implement innovative talent acquisition tools to enhance the candidate experience and build a strong talent pipeline.
- Be the HR focal point for business managers on reward management, performance management, organization development, learning and development, career development, succession planning, and other HR-related matters.
- Assist in managing the office administration team and plan office layout arrangements based on manpower requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- A minimum of 15 years' relevant working experience, with at least 5 years at a senior managerial level in a sizable organization. Experience in hi-tech or fast-moving industries is highly preferred.
- Strong business acumen, commercial awareness, and excellent communication skills to effectively engage with multiple stakeholders across the organization.
- Ability to influence and engage others, with good change management skills and a desire to act as a change agent.
- High level of ownership, team spirit, and willingness to go the extra mile.
- Ample all-round HR knowledge and familiarity with the latest employment trends in Hong Kong.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
We offer an attractive salary package, estimated to be around HK$120,000 - HK$180,000 per month, depending on experience, plus benefits including comprehensive health insurance, retirement scheme, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
