We are seeking a highly skilled Regional HR Business Partner to join our team at Projob21 Ltd.
Job Description:Overview:
A renowned Global Asset Management & PWM, with AA- credit ratings and hiring over 220 employees in HK & SGP is looking for a Regional HR Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support HRBPs from Recruitment, On/Off Boarding, C&B, HRIS reports and Mobility.
- Oversight L&D (CPT tracking/mandatory training coordination/orientation logistics).
- Facilitate & Source appropriate training programs by working closely with training academy in HQ & UK.
- Assist regional HR projects including internship & automation of processes.
- Report to Regional Head of HR.
- Prepare value-added HR reports/HRIS to cater for regional staff & business planning & annual compensation review.
- Timely management of employees' enquiries and HR advisory support.
- Manage L&D (CPT / mandatory training / orientation).
- Conduct training needs analysis, source appropriate programs by working closely with business, external vendors & training academy in HQ.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Degree holder with 5 years+/- relevant HR Generalist experience in the international financial industry.
- People-oriented and proactive personality with strong adaptation to working in a multi-cultural environment.
- Mature, detail-oriented and organized.
- Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese.
- Accountable for end-to-end talent acquisition, on/offboarding and relocation process that requires extensive liaison with line of business and vendors across Greater China, AP and headquarters.
- Prepare timely HR reports to cater for staffing, compensation and business planning.
- Oversee daily regional corporate & retail operations inclusive of staffing, talent management and C&B by collaborating with SMEs.
- As the HRBP, advise business on talent acquisition, staffing, compensation & benefits, people development and employee relations to support regional business development & corporate strategies across different countries/markets.
- Facilitate effective communication & implementation of headcount, performance & development planning by collaborating with SMEs.
Competitive salary: HKD 60,000 - HKD 80,000 per month (depending on experience), Job Security and Good Working Hours.
