Responsibilities
- Build strategic relationships with business unit heads to provide thought leadership on organisational and people-related strategy and execution
- Act as a proactive business partner on various HR functions, including strategic workforce planning, career planning, performance management, rewards and recognition, employee relations, engagement, leadership, and organisational development
- Develop and drive cultural change plans and interventions to enhance our organisational culture
- Coach, support, mentor, and challenge managers in the application of HR policies and practices, providing advice and guidance on complex HR issues to minimise risk and financial exposure
- Partner with HR specialists and functional teams to champion HR initiatives and implement HR strategies, policies, and best practices effectively
- Contribute to various assigned HR projects
- Bachelor's degree and above
- Minimum 15 years of HR business partner or generalist experience supporting business leaders
- Extensive HR experience across the full HR spectrum
- Demonstrated business acumen to drive organisational and people-related strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive organisational change
- A confident business partner with the ability to build and maintain rapport with the business at a strategic level and be hands-on when required
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse data, understand trends, and develop recommendations for action based on analysis
