Support organization effectiveness through workforce planning, target operating model reviews, organizational planning, workforce engagement initiatives, and yearly compensation review.
Address employee relations issues, performance management, and employee development needs.
Conduct investigations and provide guidance on disciplinary actions, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
Proactively address business issues related to strategic workforce and designated employee segments development and productivity.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor and partner to business leaders, providing guidance and support on all HR-related matters.

Minimum Job Requirements:
- University graduate
- At least 10 years' relevant experience providing HR business partnering services to internal/external customers, with demonstrated ability to engage with senior stakeholders on strategic conversations. Experience in Healthcare/Life sciences industries would be advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to engage with all levels of the organisation.
- Strong analytical ability and advisory skills, synthesize information and independently create solutions to address customer needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proficient in office applications.
