Overview

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

  • Fosters strong relationships with clients by employing Microsoft sales methodologies, engaging with high-level decision-makers across business and technical domains. Establishes a consistent communication rhythm with key customer sponsors to demonstrate the value of Microsoft solutions and the resulting Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Develops a thorough understanding of each client's business and technological requirements, identifying opportunities for optimization and innovative solutions aligned with their strategic goals.
  • Facilitates business transformation through technology across various departments, driving significant outcomes and value for clients. Utilizes consultative listening to challenge existing mindsets and promote innovative strategies.

Account Management

  • Creates and manages comprehensive account plans, ensuring high-volume sales and alignment with both Microsoft and client objectives. Collaborates with diverse teams and industry experts to identify growth opportunities.
  • Strategically plans for assigned accounts, setting priorities and engaging decision-makers in long-term business strategies to transform enterprise accounts into strategic partnerships.
  • Leads planning efforts for multiple accounts, developing strategies to manage sales pipelines and achieve targets while maintaining accountability and commitment.

Sales Excellence

  • Actively seeks feedback from clients to understand satisfaction drivers, establishing long-term strategies to enhance customer experiences and mitigate issues proactively.
  • Positions oneself as a trusted advisor to executive-level decision-makers, leveraging effective communication and sales techniques to strengthen relationships.
  • Articulates Microsoft’s value proposition in alignment with client objectives, translating product features into impactful business outcomes.

Industry Knowledge

  • Demonstrates deep industry expertise, understanding current trends and competitive landscapes to effectively position Microsoft solutions that drive innovation and transformation.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in a relevant industry, with a focus on digital transformation, or a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or a related field combined with 5+ years of experience.
  • 5+ years of account management experience or equivalent.
