We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Planning Manager to join our team at DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited. As a key member of our Global Transaction Services (GTS) team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and define strategic plans for GTS, including 3-year budget plans and management presentations.
- Business Strategy Implementation: Cascade business strategies and targets down to sales teams through KPI and team target setting, manage and track sales team performance, and effectively communicate areas of improvement.
- Ad Hoc Projects: Support business strategies implementation and participate in ad hoc projects as required.
- Trend Analysis and Data Visualization: Proactively analyze trends and changes, utilize visualization tools to synthesize data, and draw conclusions to make recommendations for senior management.
- Best Practice Research and Benchmarking: Research and benchmark best practices to inform GTS management, seek new ideas from inside and outside the business, and identify innovative solutions.
- Evaluation and Review: Undertake evaluations and reviews of existing ways of working to identify gaps in performance and opportunities for improvement.
- Business Case Development: Write compelling business cases to support specific transformation projects.
- Project Management: Develop and maintain resourced delivery plans that comprehensively cover all aspects of given projects, identify and manage interdependencies, devise and implement benefits realization and reporting tools, and coach and hold people to account for delivering their responsibilities within projects.
- Culture Development: Actively contribute to developing a positive culture of continuous improvement across GTS.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related majors preferred.
- Experience: At least 7+ years' corporate banking-related working experience required, with strategic planning, frontline, and/or process improvement-related working experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, strong data analytics mindset, open-minded, team-oriented, high efficiency, and multi-tasking.
- Certifications: Six-sigma black belt, Agile Scrum Master, Design Thinking certification preferred.
