Overview

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to drive sales and delivery growth in the region.
  • Lead a team of sales and delivery professionals to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate industry assets and drive customer business transformation.
  • Act as a thought leader to advise customers on digital transformation and drive industry maturity.
  • Manage and execute sales and delivery strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of relevant work experience.
  • 10+ years of people management experience or team leadership with direct reports.
  • 10+ years of sales/selling experience with leadership experience.
  • 8+ years of project/portfolio management experience.
  • 8+ years of account management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Industry/cross-industry expertise.
  • Consulting services record of accomplishment delivering successful customer outcomes in sales and delivery leadership positions.
  • Extensive people management and technical leadership experience.
  • Experience leading teams in a complex, matrixed environment.
  • Persuasive communication and conflict resolution skills.
