About the Role

We are seeking a talented Marketing Director to lead our team in Hong Kong and Taiwan. As a key member of our Business Unit Leadership Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a strong marketing team through coaching, thought leadership, and innovation.
  • Achieve/exceed overall consumer sales targets and audience sales growth through elevating our brand among kids, shoppers, and adults in Hong Kong and Taiwan.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and collaboration across functions within our Business Unit Hong Kong and Taiwan as a key member of the HKTW Leadership Team to co-lead end-to-end business planning and executions.
  • Be a role model of how local-global collaboration can help our Business Unit HKTW to shine and bring us to the next level – demonstrating that we can actively use resources globally to our advantage.
  • Play a critical role in the APAC Marketing Value Chain to build a winning formula for the region and Hong Kong and Taiwan for the future.
