Are you a strategic sales expert looking to drive business growth in the ASEAN market? We're seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our APAC Business Development organization at Autodesk.
About the RoleThis is a hybrid role that requires a unique blend of sales and construction industry expertise. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for supporting accounts in Hong Kong and Taiwan, collaborating with sales account executives, and prospecting new leads to drive revenue growth.
We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the construction industry, and a proven track record of success in sales or construction experience. If you have a passion for technology and a customer-centric approach, we'd love to hear from you
What You'll Do- Support accounts in Hong Kong and Taiwan, working closely with our Business Development Manager, APAC
- Collaborate with sales account executives to drive business growth and share best practices
- Prospect new leads, creating interest and educating prospective customers on how Autodesk Construction Solutions can help them
- Help expand our footprint by targeting net new accounts and maximizing opportunities within existing accounts
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1+ years of sales experience or construction experience
- Excellent English, Cantonese, Chinese language skills (written and oral)
- Empathy with clients and confidence to inspire trust
- Organization and management of deadlines
- Eagerness to prospect and cold call new logos and existing strategic clients
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience and location. In addition to your base salary, you'll also receive discretionary annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock or long-term incentive cash grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
