About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Sales Professional to join our team in China. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping the Head of Sales on cross-border business, achieving sales targets, and developing key strategic distributors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head of Sales in driving cross-border sales growth in China through both wholesale and institutional channels.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales objectives and contribute to the overall success of the team.
  • Identify and develop new product and marketing ideas to drive business development and growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regional clients and coordinate sales activities with other team members.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and stay up-to-date with market trends to ensure proactive response to changes.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years' experience in asset management, preferably in a related industry.
  • A university degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferably).
  • CFA or related qualification is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of investment products, market dynamics, and regulatory developments in the banking & insurance sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to excel in a team-oriented environment.
  • Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000-$180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within the company.
