Job Title: Sales Specialist

Job Summary:

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales growth within a defined territory of pharmaceutical products in our Established Pharmaceuticals Division. This role will involve developing and executing sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining existing customer relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve or exceed annual and quarterly sales objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.
  • Maintain and develop existing customer relationships to ensure continued sales growth.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Ensure all sales activities are executed with professionalism and comply with Abbott standards and Code of Conduct.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Science and related disciplines.
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Energetic and outgoing character with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Result-oriented with a focus on achieving/exceeding job expectations.
  • Good English and fluent Cantonese. Fair Mandarin is preferred.
