Strategic Sales Director

Are you a sales professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Sales Director to join our team at Technocratshorizons Compusoft Pvt Ltd.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales objectives and achieving commercial budget and targets. They will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building client relationships, and leading a high-performing team.
About the Role
- Drive sales objectives and achieve commercial budget and targets
- Identify new sales opportunities and build client relationships
- Lead a high-performing team by providing strong mentorship, coaching, and guidance
- Conduct monthly sales reviews and quarterly business reviews with Country sales teams
- Drive monthly/quarterly sales objectives and provide sales forecasts
- E nsure timely recognition and reward for top achievers and implement performance management actions when needed
- B uild strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders
- M onitor market trends and provide regular competitor analysis
- I dentify opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients
- N ew business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions
- M anage the sales process to close new business opportunities
- B uild strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients
- S et weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets for the team and drive them to achieve these
- B uild the sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing, and other lead generation activities
- H andle incoming queries and build good client relationships
- E nsure all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements
- H and over qualified leads to the sales teams with the objective of closing the sale
- M aintain and update the lead generation database
- Achieve weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business
- M anage a team of 1-5 people
About You
- You have at least 3 years' experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative role, ideally within the Media & Entertainment, IT Services, and Software/SaaS industry
- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments
