Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sales Manager to join our team in Hong Kong. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales objectives and other qualitative objectives.

You will manage the call plan for both existing and new customers and manage assigned territories. Your primary focus will be on identifying customers' needs and providing treatment solutions to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).

In this role, you will analyze ordering patterns & product sales, prepare related reports and presentations, and provide exceptional customer services to HCPs. You will also collaborate with other departments to achieve company objectives and mentor junior sales representatives or newcomers.

To succeed in this position, you should have a strong background in science and at least 4 years of solid experience in selling & customer management in the healthcare industry for KAE. A Bachelor's Degree or above is required.
