About the Role
This is a mid-to-senior level sales position that requires a deep understanding of the Taiwan market and a consultative approach. You'll be responsible for researching and preparing strategically by understanding the customer's business, Taiwan's market landscape, and key industry trends. Your ability to build strong relationships across the customer's organization will be essential in driving decision-making and meeting revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops and executes high-impact sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Builds strong, multi-level relationships across the customer's organization, adapting communication style to resonate with different stakeholders.
- Applies business and commercial acumen to structure and negotiate agreements that balance customer success with business growth.
Requirements
- 8+ years of full cycle B2B sales experience
- Business fluency in both Mandarin and English, written proficiency in Traditional Chinese.
- 3+ years of experience selling into the Taiwan market.
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of Taiwan industries and ecosystem, including key market trends and competitive dynamics.
- Experience in SaaS sales, sales hunting, or enterprise client management experience, with a track record of exceeding quotas.
- MBA degree or equivalent professional development in business, sales, or leadership is a plus.
