Sales and Operations Director

We are seeking an accomplished sales and operations director to join our HSH Group / The Peninsula Hong Kong team.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives
  • Managing store performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and inventory management
  • Leading a high-performing team, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to optimize efficiency and productivity
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results
  • Analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and making informed decisions

Requirements include:

  • Minimum 6 years of retail sales experience, with at least 2 years in a management role; luxury retail experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and drive business results
  • High level of adaptability, flexibility, and resilience
