About Us:Springtex Group, established in 2009, is a leading company producing premium and innovative linen fabrics, serving globally renowned apparel and fashion brands. We are looking for a Sales Director in charge of the US market.
Responsibilities:- Formulate and execute sales strategies with the General Manager.
- Oversee business expansion and team management in Hong Kong.
- Sell various fabrics, develop new clients, maintain existing relationships.
- Implement company management and marketing systems.
- Attend industry exhibitions for market research and promotion.
- Analyze market trends, inventory, and competitor dynamics.
- Train, motivate, and evaluate team performance.
- Build a professional sales team and improve targets.
- Bachelor's degree or above in a related field; fluent English essential.
- 10+ years of textile sales experience, 5+ in management.
- Strong negotiation skills and adaptability.
- Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PPT, ERP).
- Excellent communication and team spirit.
- Existing U.S. client resources will be given priority consideration.
