Key Responsibilities:
- Develop long-term strategic plans to achieve sales objectives and other qualitative targets.
- Manage call plans for existing and new customers, and oversee assigned territories.
- Identify customer needs through regular visits and provide treatment solutions to healthcare professionals.
- Analyze ordering patterns and product sales, preparing required reports and presentations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve company objectives.
- Mentor junior sales representatives or newcomers.
- Demonstrate excellence as a role model in the sales function.
- Share market insights with management.
- A science background is preferred but not mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- A minimum of 4 years' solid experience in selling and customer management within the healthcare industry.
