We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the Eye Care Solutions division of Johnson & Johnson. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.

Job SummaryThis Sales Executive role will focus on establishing partnerships with eye care professionals (ECPs) in optical shops and ophthalmologist clinics. You will be responsible for selling our products, developing account relationships, and driving practice development in assigned territories and accounts.
Duties and Responsibilities- Manage sales performance and product portfolio of assigned accounts.
- Sales performance includes sell-in, sell-out, wearer recruitment, and transactions in MYAV.
- Develop and execute sales growth plans, targets, and strategies, and remove obstacles to success.
- ECP segmentation development and management.
- Deliver against key call objectives (mainly in outdoor works).
- Complete pre-call and post-call plans.
- Submit territory and cycle plan reports that include qualitative and quantitative information on relevant customer and market issues.
- Build strong partnerships with accounts to develop ongoing business.
- Install and provide follow-up of marketing and trade marketing support programs in selected accounts.
- Work closely with colleagues to develop a high-performance team.
- Bachelor's degree or above is preferable.
- At least 1 year of sales experience is preferable.
- Willing to work outdoors, be proactive, a good team player, responsible & innovative with a strong commitment to drive good business results.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese.
- Strong analytical and business planning skills.
- High integrity.

- Capacity to manage budgets and expenses.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to diverse customer audiences.
