About Gough Recruitment:

As a Sales Manager at Gough Recruitment, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth. Your primary focus will be on penetrating existing and new markets, with an emphasis on both short-term and long-term objectives.

  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the Asia-Pacific region to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Cultivate key accounts and enterprise clients, and develop, implement, and evaluate sales strategies, plans, and profit objectives.
  • Maintain and enhance client relationships, analyze, and report on business opportunities in target markets.
  • Represent the company at industry events and maximize new business development prospects.
  • Implement and execute upselling strategies for the team is also a critical part of the role.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or Hotel Management, with at least five years of extensive experience in the Serviced Office or Hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record in sales and business development.
  • Possess a deep understanding of the Serviced Office Industry and Sales Processes.
  • Expertise in Sales Team Management and Coaching, strong presentation, and performance management skills.
  • Proficiency in sales planning, budgeting, and managing profitability.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic business environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation capabilities in both Chinese & English.
