Optical Sales Specialist

As a key member of the Johnson & Johnson team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and establishing strong partnerships with Eye Care Professionals (ECPs) in optical shops and ophthalmologist clinics.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets, focusing on sell-in, sell-out, wearer recruitment, and transactions in our market intelligence platform.
- Collaborate with assigned accounts and cross-functional teams to develop sales growth plans, set ambitious targets, and remove obstacles to success.
- Create and manage ECP segmentation models to optimize sales performance.
- Deliver against key call objectives, primarily through outdoor work, and maintain accurate pre-call and post-call plans.
- Submit territory and cycle plan reports, providing qualitative and quantitative insights on customer and market issues.
- Foster strong partnerships with accounts to drive ongoing business and implement marketing programs in selected accounts.
- Contribute to company-level decisions by sharing valuable insights and input from territories and accounts.
- Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
- At least one year of sales experience is desired, with a proven track record of achieving business results.
- Ability to work outdoors, think proactively, collaborate effectively with colleagues, demonstrate high integrity, and commit to delivering exceptional results.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese are essential.
- Strong analytical and business planning skills are necessary to drive sales growth and identify opportunities.
- Able to execute marketing plans, manage budgets, and interact effectively with diverse customer types.
