We're looking for a skilled Sales and Partnership Lead to join our team at EventX.

This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as nurturing existing client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and partnership development, with a proven track record of success in the event technology industry.

About the Role
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound activities such as cold-calling and pitching.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive revenue growth.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets that align with the Company's objectives and directions.
  • Support revenue growth by upselling to existing clients and maintaining strong relationships.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of work experience with a bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a tech or SaaS-related field.
  • Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English is required. Additional language skills are a plus.
  • Proven ability to pitch, prospect, and close deals across various account sizes, from general to key accounts.
  • Strong experience in key account servicing, with a track record of successful upselling and cross-selling.
  • Background in customer success (CS) and operations, preferably with experience and connections in the event tech or event industry.
  • Highly motivated, quick learner, adaptable, agile, and results-driven.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and other relevant sales tools.
