Job Description

Pure Search is recruiting a seasoned Sales and Partnership Growth Manager to spearhead our FinTech sales efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop Strategic Partnerships: Identify and develop strategic partnerships with key players in the FinTech industry, focusing on mutual benefits and growth opportunities.
  • Negotiate Partnership Agreements: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and negotiate partnership agreements that align with Pure Search's goals and objectives.
  • Lead Partnership Growth: Drive partnership growth through effective relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.

About You:

  • Qualifications:
  • University Degree: Hold a university degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Relevant Experience: Possess solid years of relevant experience from recognized establishments in financial services and/or payment and fintech-related industries.
  • Deep Knowledge: Have deep knowledge and experience in payments and web3.0, with a strong understanding of cryptocurrency on- and off-ramp solutions.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Demonstrate acute and professional communication skills, with a proven track record in influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Desirable Qualities:
  • Candidate Profile: Be a result-oriented individual with a strong desire to deliver beyond expectations, possessing good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua.
